What must a tenant do before moving in?
Tenants need to pass the screening, pay the full security deposit, and sign the lease agreement, agreeing to all terms. Any additional fees must also be settled at this time.
How is a tenant cleared at the end of their lease?

Our owner portal provides detailed monthly income and expense statements, along with a 1099 at year end.
Should I allow pets or smokers in my rental property?
Permitting pets can broaden your applicant pool, though it’s optional. Smoking is prohibited in all properties, and any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the tenant.
Will hiring a property manager mean I lose control of decisions?
Not at all. You retain decision-making authority and can decide how involved you’d like to be in routine matters.
